Britannia Arms FC:
The Britannia Arms FC has been around since 2000 when a much sprightlier Johnny "the Jock" Heenan
formed an indoor team to play in Watsonville. That core of lads was then entered into the MPSL soon
afterwards and struggled initially. After a few seasons, the Brit found their place among the league’s
top teams and they still remain a perennial contender. Recruiting from a pub is not always the recipe
for success, but the team is rejuvenated with some well-known veteran faces and a solid core of young
talent. The Brit is positioned and poised to be a contender in MPSL for seasons to come.
Blood, guts and glory!
Ernst van Eeghen, Captain Britannia Arms FC
